Indonesia – On the road of the temples

After arriving in Yogyakarta in the middle of the island of Java, we started to like Indonesia! We found a city full of culture and shopping streets, we visited the Budiste’s temples of Borobudur at sunrise and Pranbanan temple at sunset, both wonderfull! We went to a show Ramayana, an Indonesian ballet, beautiful costumes and scenery with the view of the temple of Pranbanam behind but a little long … We visited a craft workshop making silver jewelry and a workshop of local art of painting with wax. We met two young French, Joaquim and Steven just like us are on the road, we were invited to play soccer with local youth who called us of ”Mister” and let us scored, it was a lot of fun!

    Borobudur !!! LE temple !!!! il paraît que beaucoup de personnes aussi fralées que moi y vont… sérieusement, ce doit être merveilleux, et surtout impressionnant, merci pour le site, c’est une belle idée de partage.
